- Google Calendar Data (View-Only): We access your Google Calendar in read-only mode to
retrieve information about your upcoming meetings, including event titles, times, and attendee names and
email addresses. We do not modify, create, or delete any calendar events.
We store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain your authenticated session and
access your calendar data on your behalf.
1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources
To help you prepare for meetings, we look up publicly available professional information about your
meeting attendees from LinkedIn and other public sources. This may include:
- Professional titles and roles
- Company information
- Publicly available professional background
1.4 Automatically Collected Information
We may collect standard technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address,
browser type, and pages visited, through server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the InTouch123 Service
- Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- Read your Google Calendar (view-only) to identify upcoming meetings and attendees
- Look up publicly available professional information about your meeting attendees
- Generate meeting preparation summaries about the people you are meeting with
- Send you emails with meeting preparation information and service-related notifications
- Improve and develop our Service
We use your Google Calendar data solely to provide the core functionality of InTouch123 —
identifying who you are meeting with and preparing relevant information to help you in those meetings.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
InTouch123's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the InTouch123 Service's user-facing features.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, as required by law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with adequate data protection.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
4. Emails and Communications
InTouch123 sends you emails as a core part of the Service. These emails include:
- Meeting preparation summaries: Information about the people you are meeting with, sent before your scheduled meetings.
- Service notifications: Important updates about your account and the Service.
We use the email address associated with your Google account to send these communications.
You can stop receiving meeting preparation emails by disconnecting your account or contacting us
at the email address listed below.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data to any third party.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with equivalent data protection commitments.

- Delete your account and personal information from our active databases
- Revoke and delete stored Google OAuth tokens
- Remove any cached calendar or attendee data
Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request. Some information may be retained in
backups for a limited period, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You can request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and data as described above.
- Revoke Access: You can revoke InTouch123's access to your Google account at any time through your
Google Account permissions settings.
This will prevent us from accessing your Google Calendar data.
9. Children's Privacy
InTouch123 is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a
child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify
you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective. Your
continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
