Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

InTouch123 ("we," "us," or "our") operates the InTouch123 application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using InTouch123, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

When you sign up for InTouch123, we collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Your name and email address (via your Google account)
  • Your Google profile picture URL

1.2 Information from Google APIs

When you authenticate with Google and grant permissions, we access the following data from your Google account:

  • Google Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Google Calendar Data (View-Only): We access your Google Calendar in read-only mode to retrieve information about your upcoming meetings, including event titles, times, and attendee names and email addresses. We do not modify, create, or delete any calendar events.

We store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain your authenticated session and access your calendar data on your behalf.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Sources

To help you prepare for meetings, we look up publicly available professional information about your meeting attendees from LinkedIn and other public sources. This may include:

  • Professional titles and roles
  • Company information
  • Publicly available professional background

1.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect standard technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through server logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the InTouch123 Service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Read your Google Calendar (view-only) to identify upcoming meetings and attendees
  • Look up publicly available professional information about your meeting attendees
  • Generate meeting preparation summaries about the people you are meeting with
  • Send you emails with meeting preparation information and service-related notifications
  • Improve and develop our Service

We use your Google Calendar data solely to provide the core functionality of InTouch123 — identifying who you are meeting with and preparing relevant information to help you in those meetings.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

InTouch123's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve the InTouch123 Service's user-facing features.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, as required by law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with adequate data protection.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

4. Emails and Communications

InTouch123 sends you emails as a core part of the Service. These emails include:

  • Meeting preparation summaries: Information about the people you are meeting with, sent before your scheduled meetings.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with equivalent data protection commitments.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard security measures, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure database storage with access controls

While we implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Delete your account and personal information from our active databases
  • Revoke and delete stored Google OAuth tokens
